It was the norm for me to work 60-80 hours a week. I thought that was my future and I probably would have resigned within 5 years because what I was doing wasn’t sustainable. We had minimal structure and no real sense of direction. Without my coach, we would not have set the goals we’ve set. We have a far more sustainable business than what we had before.
